When a working internet connection decides it will not work anymore

• Check that all connections are secure and in good condition
• Shut down the PC
• Unplug the PC AND the modem from the mains supply for 2 minutes
• Plug the modem back in first until all the lights are settled and correct (see your manual)
• Plug in the PC and boot up as normal
